Hi, I am Jack Fox, Founder of Fox’s IT Services LLC. I am just a simple guy in his 20s who loves tech in all its forms. I have always been the tech support guy for my family due to my love of tech. It wasn’t until late 2023 that I first had the idea to form this company. I was helping my grandmother solve some problems she was having on her phone and instructed her on how to use some of its features. I loved working to help her, not just because it took away her frustration, but also because it helped her enjoy her phone more. The people around me at the time, my family, told me I worked so well with my grandmother that I could help other people in the same way. At first, I wasn’t convinced; could I really help others solve their problems like I did with my grandmother? Well, over the course of another year of helping my family, I slowly became more and more confident in my skills until eventually I decided it was time. I realized I did have the ability to help people love their tech more. Thus, in November of 2024, I began the journey to create a business where I could help others, just like I helped my grandmother.
